West GA Diesel and Auto Repair - Carrollton Bert C: They mistakenly or fraudulently installed a used transmission in my car instead of a new one, which caused it to fail within a year. Due to their negligence, Ford is now claiming that the warranty is no longer valid. Ford has sent them an invoice for the damage, as they are liable. However, they have stopped responding to any calls from me or the Ford dealership. BEWARE!!.
