Some of the low reviews are most likely the people service people hate to see coming. This shop has been her for at least thirty years. They would not be here that long if they were bad!

1 /5 Michelle Williams: First impressions are so important. I called to ask the price of a diagnostic for my daughters car and schedule an appointment and I was treated so rudely. It was disappointing because I want to support our local businesses. Whoever answered the main line was so nasty and acted as if he was being bothered just from the phone call. Fortunately I was able to call another shop and they were pleasant, listened to the issue, and I went with them instead. Sad we cant support our own businesses because of poor customer service!

1 /5 Hush Hush: John overcharged me, and my car is still giving me the same problem! Not to mention I had to demand an invoice several times before he gave me one… He’s extremely rude!!! I have recordings of the way he yelled at me while walking away while talking at me. The owner John is terrible! I’m filing a lawsuit against him because I know if I go back things could get worst, I don’t want that so I have contacted my lawyer.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER SHOP!! Also once I picked my car up, they tried to create a new invoice so they could keep my diagnostic fee. I told him the invoice was incorrect he said no it’s correct! I showed him the original invoice and he was dumbfounded and had to honor it. Also it’s important to know that he had an outside person come in to do my work as a sub contractor! That’s why he’s overcharging now Instead of saying they can’t fix it, he find someone to come do the job! So the work isn’t guaranteed at all.. He will not get away with this..
