5 /5 Haven Makayla: Jessica is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people i’ve met since I started getting waxed years ago. I haven’t stopped going to her since she did my first wax. She’s attentive to all of your concerns & questions. She will make it her job to find an answer if she isn’t 100% sure. Her care has continued to help me feel confident in my own appearance. I love being able to support another women of color and seeing her thrive in a career that she’s amazing at. She has so many different services to offer and handmade products that she sells! If this review didn’t convince you enough, book her and see for yourself. The only regret you’ll have is not booking her sooner!

Every service that I’ve had from her she adequately explains what’s she’s doing, the materials used, and allows me to ask questions. Sometimes people get aggravated and defensive when questions are asked, but the type of person I am, I need to know what you’re doing. Jessica makes room for me to do exactly that and more!
