Michele Pabst: My normal stylist at this salon booked so I asked them for recommendations for someone else. I don’t know if I will return? Stylist very impersonal. Running late due to performing work on a family member. I stepped out since I had to wait and sadly had been overcharged for a repair done at my house and told by stylist that she looked for me when ready however appeared angry so apparently she walked away? I attempted to explain what I wanted however I apparently didn’t make sense? In the end we came to an agreement I wanted my bangs wispy. I was given a wash, cut and blow dry only. No products, no styling however in the end asked if I wanted hair spray? I was never shown my cut and she couldn’t even see me out. In the end I was told from another the charge would be 40 dollars. I paid and gave a 15 percent tip however considered given nothing to a 10 percent tip. As checking out the only reason she apparently couldn’t see me out was because she had to return to her family member to perhaps finish up Idk. Came home and my bangs are nothing I asked for. I should of just gone to a Hair Cuttery!! Same cut however about 20 dollars cheaper!!
Rhonda Clark: Absolutely love this store. The store is super clean, staff is so friendly and they always do such a great job on my hair. Would recommend to anyone.
Brenda: Cut and color x 2 was not good. My color continued to substantially darken overnight. Woke up with a much darker color, disappointed and dreading my meetings tomorrow at work, embarrassed with cut/color. My daughter is very upset with both cut/color as well. Stylist was very sweet.
Update: woke up this morning and its darker still and red at the roots. I was trying to style my hair but I gave up, super blunt cut and uneven. its WAY too short. Not what I asked for. Easily the worst cut weve ever had. We do NOT recommend. I will have to wait months for this to get longer. Daughter still crying over her hair and color. Im devastated and highly embarrassed. Stylist was Terry.
