1 /5 Shane Deck: I just went to see Dr. Holtzclaw for severe tooth pain. I’m found out that my healthcare only covers $1000 of dental work and I need treatment really bad. Dr. Holtzclaw stated “I can pull this one, I just don’t want to.” He prescribed me 600mg Motrin. I told him I was already taking ibuprofen and Tylenol both and I’m still in pain. He told me the best treatment is to rotate doses of Tylenol and Motrin. Then his assistant handed me off to a lady in the front that told me they will refer me to someone else and proceed to bill my insurance for the visit. Im still in pain and Dr. Holtzclaw did nothing except prescribe me OTC medicine Im already taking. (Which isn’t removing my teeth or helping anymore)

Sherlyn Mendiola: What a horrible experience. The therapist, specifically Ashley, was awful. She put me through an extremely traumatic ordeal and made an unnecessary fuss about me needing to be transported to the hospital. She and her coworker tried to force my parents to use an ambulance, even though it wasn’t necessary at all. In fact, the ambulance staff themselves said they had no issue with my parents driving me to the hospital instead. The so-called ‘translating’ was just Ashley’s coworker repeating everything in a wildly exaggerated manner. They even threatened to call the police over medical attention that was not needed. Ashley also mentioned that they would have forced me to stay and be observed against my and my family’s will. On top of all this, they’re terrible at answering the phone. Their behavior was absolutely disgusting, and I will not be returning.

Raynayle Harmon: Dr. Martin is amazing. I had an abscessed tooth; which is why I came to his office. I had been two years without seeing a dentist because of my last dental ordeal. He paid so much attention to the small details after x-rays. Now I have a plan of action, referrals for root canal, and then scheduled return to his office . Additionally, he personally cleaned my teeth. They have not been this white without bleach for at least 15 years. I trust him and his staff. I have also referred my adult children to him. And I will refer anyone who needs professional and thorough dental care. I am looking forward to my next visit to see him.

Kathy Robinson: I am sorry I do not know the name of the office administrator to mention her specifically. She was very gracious about contacting my newish insurance provider to set up that coverage, and said she will see if the insurers will cover my previous visit, since it was within the window of my enrollment with them. (Our retirement dental insurer changed underwriters and we were not aware and did not have new ID cards at the time of my last visit.) Also, the person who cleaned my teeth (again , do not know her name) was very friendly and efficient and did a sparkling job!
