3 /5 Dawn Reul: The staff are amazing their are helpful and the explain everything they are to do before the do it. They are polite and courteous. That being said , their scheduling is awful since I have been a patient there they have rescheduled several of my appointments. Once they rescheduled with out knowledge or permission they texted me the day before to say I had an appointment the next day. I have a job O cannot tell my boss all of a sudden I have a dentist appoint especially when I put in for the time and date of the appointment. I totally understand that things come up but there has to be a better way. This has happened several times where they call the day before or a few days earlier to reschedule.other than that they are great.

5 /5 Kathleen Pratt: I had read some horrible reviews of this practice and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Dr. Anderson was so friendly. She took the time to explain everything to me and truly understood my concerns. The office staff were also very accommodating. I’m happy that I gave them a chance.

1 /5 Amber Dutton: I would give them zero stars if I could. The first time I went was for fillings. I waited over a hour without any one telling me anything. I should have left then. I just wanted to give them time because I know sometimes people get behind. They sure a numbing stick? For my mouth and I swear it didn’t do anything! I felt the first shot immediately and it was the worse pain ever!! My body was shaking it was so bad. I have never experienced it hah before. She then had to give me two more shots because I still felt everything! It took me three days just to be able to open my mouth more than a little bit. Fast forward I believe two weeks. Still couldn’t chew on that side and still experiencing jaw pain. Went in she filled down my fillings again. Waiting almost 20 Mins after my appointment. Now a month later my jaw hurts all the time now. Still can’t chew on that side of my mouth . Not to mention I bruised in my mouth where she gave me the shots and I have never ever had that happen with this before!!! I won’t ever go back there!!! Wish I never did !!

1 /5 Eva Rodriguez506 from pics art: Very clean . They got us in very fast as a new patient. Explained everything in detain that needed to be done and how it is done. Everyone is very friendly. No complaints. Edit my review: so been there a few times now. First time was great and few people are very nice,with that being said. Had to go back numerous times because of mess ups ,and when my husband had an appointment for a certain time they changed it and never called or texted they changed it for hours later. Then was even later after the changed appointment time. Bad communication. Never going back very glad this is the last appointment needed. Dont bother calling them you get a third party . They dont answer . Think they would be better considering theyre getting over 6k of my money .
