Heather Currey: Dr. Campbell and his hygienist staff have always been wonderful. I did have a problem with the office manager Donna. She called about an issue with my insurance for my daughter and had some info wrong. Later I realized she was giving info about another daughter than the one I had made an appointment for that day, but when I informed her of the discrepancy of info, she did not confirm she was talking about the correct family member. She became belligerent, accused me of calling her a liar (which I had not) and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Since my entire family has made appointments with a different dentist.
