1 /5 Hannah H.: I debated on writing this but honestly it was THAT bad that I dont want other people to experience this as I now have an infection on my finger. I went in Wednesday 4/30 for just a quick Gel Paint on my toes and my nails. Mind you, not a full manicure or pedicure. I specifically needed JUST pink gel polish put on my fingers and toes. None of the fancy stuff. That being said, the lady asked if I wanted my cuticles cleaned up, I said yes knowing it would be a LITTLE bit of an extra charge. Mind you, STILL not a manicure. Got cuticles "cleaned" up (As expected, they dis a horrible job) and they cut my finger SO bad and tried to pretend it didnt happen. I had to ask them to please clean off the blood and use a NEW CLEAN buffer as they started to buffer the nail that was still actively bleeding with an ALREADY USED BUFFER/FILE. Its actually disgusting she was going to use a DIRTY and already used buffer to buff the nail that is bleeding like crazy. DISGUSTING!! Anywho, got through this awful experience... Went to pay... $60... SIXTY FREAKING DOLLARS. That is ridiculous for someone who went in and got something extremely basic. I mean the most BASIC thing other than just regular nail paint polish. I understand that prices have gone up economically but this is literally absurd pricing for just painting on GEL on toe nails and finger nails, without all the fancy upsell stuff. You also would think that they would take into consideration that they cut the crap out of my finger and offer SOME type of sympathy, So I go to pay, and this lady checking me out apparently does not know how to work the front desk because she ASKED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY BANK ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS ON MY PHONE to confirm that payment went through!! ABSOLUTELY not!! If they EVER ask you to do that, please, DO NOT do that. They are SO unprofessional! My nail that got cut is now infected and I am having to take an oral anti-fungal because my nail literally got infected THAT FAST. This place is a joke, and I have no idea how they are even in business. For the owner: If you want to look who I am in your system, my name is Hannah Hughes, I came in around 7pm and if you think this is all bullcrap, check your cameras around that time. Respectfully, DO BETTER. Do NOT ask to take pictures of peoples bank accounts, CLEAN YOUR UTENSILS, CLEAN UP THE BLOOD IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU SLICE THEIR FINGER AND DO NOT USE AN ALREADY USED BUFFER ON THE NAIL WITH THE CUT, Train your employees better, and check your pricing because for how bad of a job you did, you cant even try to compete with the other nail salons in the area. FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A GOOD NAIL SALON: If you are looking for a GREAT nail salon, My Nails in Cumming is SO SO good, clean, respectful, good pricing, and are very well trained.
Also update: it’s been 2 days and my nails are already chipping. Lol I mean tbh I’m not surprised. Just don’t go here. That’s all I can say.
