1 /5 Chrissy Johnson: I made a dental emergency appointment to see the Dentist. Front desk is incompetent. Ive had Delta Dental PPO for years and was told that that the fax back they received does not show PPO so I said can yall call but the provider came from the back to say she wasnt comfortable seeing me ????? Was this really about insurance or my race ? I live in the area and if youre a person of color please be careful with this office. I ended up going into another dental office that verified my coverage and confirmed it was PPO. Im Happy they turned me around because I found a better place. Ill let God handle them but I just hope nobody get treated like I did here. This is a real experience and I have it all recorded on my phone.

Brent Wilson: I found this place by doing a quick Google search of dentist in my area. I called to check the price of xrays and tooth extractions. I had been having a tooth ache for 3 days and couldnt deal with the pain any longer. Today I entered the office very nervous because I have never had such a procedure done before and didnt know what to expect. As soon as I arrived in the office I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and filled out the basic papers you normally fill out at any doctors office. Within a minute of completing the paperwork Iw as called by the Nurse. This nurse was amazing, and she went well beyond what I would consider her normal duties to help me feel more relaxed and comfortable. She walked me through everything she was going to do, and explained things to me very nicely. Once she finished the Xrays the doctor then came in within minutes. The doctor was also very polite and explained to me exactly what she needed to do. I signed the proper forms and then they started the procedure. The surgical extraction lasted about 15 minutes and I didnt feel a thing. She and the nurse kept me calm through the entire procedure. I was pleasently suprised at how fast and professional everyone in this office was. What I thought would mediocre service because of the low price I was paying turned out to be the best visit to the dentist I have ever had. I am now a client for life and recommend anyone to this dentist office.
