    Elizabeth Seib: The owner John AMAZING !!! He was detailed and made sure each nail was taken care of , he even gave me tips on how to soften my cuticles ! I had to go back and get my nails fixed and John did just that ! And he was so professional about it. Thank you John so so so much ! John , Ben , MeeMee are ones I highly recommend !!! John being #1 ! I will now only use him ! And I will wait until he has an appointment available if I have to !

    summer porter: I think Jolie nails do a great job with their nails. However I just had the worst experience and I will never return and tell everyone to avoid this place. We made an appointment for 3 PM on Saturday, for 3 pedicures and manicures and a 3 year old just polish. He sounded annoyed on the phone that I was making an appointment for 4 people, but I thought appointments were encouraged. We had to get gas so we were late, walked in at 3:09 and he told us that he gave our appointment away so we’d have to wait, that’s okay. But even doctors offices had a 15 minute grace period. We sat and sat, 3 people came in AFTER us and they were seated within minutes. He came up to us at 3:55 after having us wait since 3:10 and told us to come back another day. I went to A-nails by Osaka and was sat down immediately.

    Nicole Jennifer (Jenni): I didnt give them 5 stars because they have a policy that they are not allowed to have a round brush. How can you offer a service that totally disregards a certain geographic? I have curly hair, and you can not cut it wet or when its not blown out. My stylist was very nice and kept apologizing for the policy.

    chloe bailey: very unprofessional service. showed them a picture of what i wanted done and the lady said okay. she told me to pick out my colors but then complained that i picked “too many”. she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam down 4 colors that i did not choose and claimed that they were the ones i showed her (they were drastically different). when i offered to show her the picture again for reference, she yanked my phone out of my hands and claimed that she couldn’t do designs. i ended up leaving without getting my nails done due to all the disrespect.

    Rachel Wolf: They did a decent job. Gel color lasted longer than when I do it myself. The edges werent quite clean though, meaning some of my nails had raised edges large enough to catch in my hair. It was $30 to have three different colors, one per nail. Two blue, two pink, one white on each hand. They have a very no-nonsense, no frills attitude that borders on being rude. If thats what youre after, then maybe give it a try. They also heavily prefer being paid in cash.

    Kassandra Ponder: If I could give this place no stars I would I went here only because I couldn’t get in at my regular place in the time I needed and they are walk in and not even 17 hours after I left I had to go back because 2 of my nails had paint chipped badly 1 looked really spotty and one looked like it was drooping I went back and they fixed it and was nice about it didn’t make me pay then 8 hours later another one now has chipped paint and I don’t have this problem anywhere else I have been I should have took a picture of the first time before I had it fixed but I wasn’t thinking
