1 /5 BraeandAddies Gigi: I have used this salon for a few years, always with Rhonda Pruitt, but I’ve never really left there thinking, “I love my hair!”….but it was local and relatively inexpensive, so I kept going….all I’ve ever asked for was highlights, but somehow the top of my hair ALWAYS ended up way darker than the bottom. That’s not highlights!! Twice I’ve literally told her I HATED it, and the first time, I went back and she re-colored it, but the second time (in like 3 years!) I told her I hated it, she was going to charge me an extra $65….to come back and get highlights I had asked for in the first place-I might add, she charged me $100 for the highlights and I tipped her $25-Im a good tipper-but when she had the AUDACITY to ask for MORE money, when I HATED what I had just paid $125 for, I was done! I should also add, one time she literally dropped the bowl of color in the floor right in front of me and then scooped it up back in the bowl and used it on my hair!! I shouldn’t have let her, but since she said she would use it on hers if she had to, I figured it was ok….but EWWWW!! Why pay good money for something you’re not happy with, then have to pay MORE to try to get what you asked for in the first place?? I went back to my former hairdresser and I DO actually love my hair again, and I hate that I wasted the last three years or so on someone who, in MY mind, doesn’t know what she’s doing!!
