1 /5 Kimberly Mckay: Dr. Balyan is very rude , she doesnt do well with kids. She doesnt give patients enough medicine to numb the patients. The office never answers the phone , they always text (very unprofessional), Dr. Balyan talks to her assistant and patients very rudely. I have an unfinished dental treatment, and she refuses to complete it. This is by far the worst place me and my kids have been. Everything she has listed ,she doesnt offer. No payment plans, no sedation, no emergency appointments. If I can give her 0 stars, I would . The girls at the front desk is very friendly and sweet.

1 /5 Ashley Copeland: My daughter was referred there by her primary dentist to get some of crowns and fillings done that his office couldnt do. The lady at the front desk was great getting us checked in. Once we were called to the back by the assistant, took us to the exam room, she had no idea what she was doing. The door kept asking her where the gloves were, where her shield was located, etc. The door was telling from the other exam room to the assistant while patients were sitting in both exam room chairs. The assistant started to take X-rays on my daughter and didnt know how to turn on the x-ray machine. She had to get the lady from the front desk to help her turn it. Then she tells me daughter that she has to remove her earrings to get X-rays of her mouth. Ive never, ever had to remove earrings or have my kids remove their earrings just to get dental x-rays. Once the doctor comes into our exam room, the assistant didnt save the X-rays that she just took and the doctor is once again yelling between rooms about her saving the pictures. She proceeds to tell me that she needs to see another dentist that can sedate her to do the work because its a lot of work that needs to be before even looking in her mouth. Only looking at x-rays. She was very rude, unprofessional, nasty about how she was talking to me about what she thought needed to be done. Now she had a treatment plan from her general dentist and she stated that she didnt agree with that plan and needed my interaction or opinion or involvement. So when I shot down her recommendation of root canal, she said she wasnt do the work and was referring me to another dentist. Her practice is such a joke and waste of time and money. I shouldve known something was up when the assistant didnt even know how to turn on x-ray machine.

1 /5 Kia: She deserves a zero star. She was the most unprofessional and ignorant doctor I have ever seen. She did a TERRIBLE job on a simple filling in my mothers tooth that caused her to go under a major rooth cannel procedure. The place is very filthy, all the examination chairs are crusty, and on the examine tools they were stain left over. Their sanitation protocols is below zero. No wonder why she is short staff and no dental assistant works there.

1 /5 Shaliah Alston: Please do not go here or bring your kids here. This place is a joke. And is MONEY HUNGRY. THEY HAVE ROACHES. DEAD ROACHES ON THE COUNTER, CRAWLING ON TOOLS 1.) this place is out dated, old equipment, broken tools they will still use on you, water leaks from the tools, mold and rust 2.) staff never knows what they doing. The actual dentist is rude to you unless your payout of pocket. She is a scam Story Time When I 1st came here my teeth was fine i needed a basic cleaning and had a few cavities, my kids needed the same, with feelings and one needed a root canal. She took X-rays and refused to see us because she said we had to pay for the medication that insurance don’t cover for cavities in order for her to clean them. That was a huge red flag. I said it’s ok I can go somewhere else. Because i wasn’t paying $100. Per tooth both my kids would have been $900 and me 300. Now fast forward her office blew me up saying everything is covered and we needed to come in because I’m pregnant mind you I got the paper from my insurance of what was covered. Soon I get there this doctor say oh mom you have 9 cavities and have periodontal disease. So I’m looking confused because that’s not what was said last time. I had the paper work. Now mind you I’m 6 month pregnant by this time not once she tell me I need clearance I kept telling her IM PREGNANT CAN THIS BE DONE SHE KEPT TELLING ME YES. I was supposed to come back in January with me and my kids I do BY THIS TIME IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT SHE REFUSES TO SEE ME DUE TO THE FACT IM PREGNANT AND NEED THE PAPER WORK FROM MY DOCTOR. I WENT OFF BECAUSE WHAT WAS THE DIFFERENCE FROM LAST MONTH TO THIS MONTH. THEN SHE WORK ON MY SON AND REFUSED TO SEE THEM BECAUSE I WASNT PAYING FOR THAT SO CALLED MEDICINE FOR CAVITIES. I CALLED THE INSURANCE TO ONLY BE TOLD THEY COVER ALL OF THAT FOR KIDS AND IM COVERED. THEY JUST NEED THE CODES AND A REFERRAL AND WE CAN GET THE WORK DONE. THIS LADY AND HER STAFF GOT MAD BECAUSE I TOLD THEM WHAT THE INSURANCE SAID AND TOLD THEM THAT ITS OK I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS ITS FREE AND ANYWHERE ELSE WITH MY MEDICAL ITS FREE IM HAVE 2 DIFFERENT MEDICAL INSURANCES. SOON AS I SAID THAT SHE OFFER TO DO THE WORK ON MY CHILD. ON BABY BABY TEETH THATS ABOUT TO FALL OUT. THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I EVER BEEN TO. AND OS VERY MONEY HUNGRY ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY.

5 /5 David Glick: Went in today for my first visit. Very happy with both Dr. Balyan and her staff. They all took a lot of time with me and were very thorough. And they took my insurance which I also appreciate. Thank you Dr. Balyan!
