She was extremely helpful in resolving a matter with that that I had with a claim that was denied and we had to appeal it. It took several months but every time I reached out she was responsive and she communicated with the insurance company to get me reimbursed for an overpayment. Thank you.

5 /5 Kathy Royal: I had a really good experience at Great Expressions. When I arrived, I was very tense and nervous about getting a root canal. However, Dr. Woods really put that to rest with his reassurance and explanation of what was to come. He was kind, personable, being easy to talk to, yet professional all the while. Everything he and the staff told me would happen, did. I in no way felt any pain, which was what I was afraid of and had been feeling before I arrived. I left feeling much better and so glad I had gotten it done. I recommend Great Expressions, Cascade location! Thank you so much.

They always have been willing to go above and beyond to help understand pricing break down, ortho procedures and the honesty and transparency helps a lot. They don’t boggle and hassle just to make money. They feel like family and has always looked out for our best interest!! Love them bunches !!!

5 /5 Wanda Kleckley: My hygienist, Sandra, is so AWESOME! Shes always welcoming and takes care in your teeth. The entire office staff shows great customer service. The facility is very clean and it’s just a great place that provides great service.
