2 /5 Ashley Coveney: I’ve used Glam nails twice, today was my second time there. First time was fantastic. Today was extremely rushed and poorly done. When I said something to the manager about feeling like $40 for a 25 minute pedicure from start to finish seemed a little high for the time and the job that was done he told me they usually last about 35-45 minutes for that package I chose, he then acknowledged what time I arrived and that the pedicure I received was indeed only 25 minutes long, all he had to say was that he would take my visit under consideration and still charged me $40. I didn’t want to make a big fuss so I paid and left. I will now finish the job myself at home. I hate feeling like I’ve wasted money!!

4 /5 Stephanie Weiher: My first visit was very good. The lady was very kind and did a great job. I went yesterday and felt it was a little rushed. This morning one hand was bubbled and wrinkled. I called and described what my nails looked like and they offered me an appointment at my convenience. I went this evening and they were so nice and repaired the job. Will definitely give them another try.

2 /5 Katrina De Leon: It was my first time in this nail salon and I didn’t have a good experience. Despite of the bad reviews I decided to still give this salon a chance since the location was convenient. I checked in and was told that it was going to be a 20 minute wait. The actual wait time was actually longer than that. It was more close to a 40 minute wait. The lady who did my nails was impolite. I told her what I like and she was like “I know” in a harsh tone. It was my first time speaking with her and I know the cashier may have told her what I wanted but still doesn’t hurt to tell her myself. I then showed her a photo of my nail inspo. After applying shellac she asked me if they look good to me, I told her “yes but the sizes are all just a little different” she then said mockingly “of course, its not done!” she asked me for my opinion and then when I told her my opinion she just became defensive. At this point I just want her to finish doing my nails. She also didn’t take the time to clean smudged red nail polish on my fingers which I only noticed when I left the salon.

5 /5 monica faulkner: Today was my first time there for eyebrow wax…. I was in and out, June did a great job, most importantly love the way my brows look!! I definitely be back to try mani and pedi!! Just moved into this area and hoping this will become my nail place!!

1 /5 Ladetria Baker: The worst experience ever… I got the Milk and Honey Pedicure which was over $60 with gel- The lady who did my pedicure was rude she didnt greet me or introduce herself and rushed... She purposely broke my existing overlay just to make me pay extra for my service.. I told her that she did it on purpose because she used a nail clipper instead of a file and any professional nail tech know the rules to acrylic DONT USE NAILS CLIPPERS. She tried to argue with me that the nail clippers wasnt the reason and that I came in with it like that when I didnt. Also she didnt use any product to remove my cuticles.. My feet didnt touch the water for 30 seconds and she was cleaning my cuticles which hurt. I asked why didnt she use callus removal and she said “no, we dont use” which was shocking. I told her I was a nail tech and she ask me why I didnt do my own pedicure as if I was annoying her then started laughing with her co-workers. Lastly Everyone looked angry in there and unhappy with working there. I definitely will not be back.
