2 /5 Ann Umbaugh: I was a patient at this practice for literally over 40 years and loved the practice until Dr. Price left 5 years ago. Since then, there have been many dentists who have come and gone. Too much turnover for me, especially after getting comfortable with dentist after dentist just to see them leave with no notice to patients. I never knew what hygienist I would see either, always a different one.I also will add that when I called to have my records transferred to another practice, there was absolutely no questions asked as to why I was leaving nor any acknowledgment of my 40 + years of loyalty as a patient.

5 /5 Grace: Best dental experience Ive ever had. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for. The front desk staff created such a welcoming environment, and my hygienist and the doctor were equally amazing. Unlike other dental experiences I’ve had, nothing felt pushy or "scammy" — they were completely honest about what was covered by insurance and what services I could choose to do at this appointment. The entire team was efficient, communicated seamlessly through headsets, and balanced friendly small talk with a clear focus when it was time to get work done. They consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout the appointment. There was virtually no wait time, and the teamwork between everyone was impressive. In the past, Ive been told I needed extensive dental work that didn’t feel right to me, but here, the dentist was honest and straightforward. They didn’t find any issues, and instead focused on working with me toward my personal goals for my smile. When I asked about whitening, they gave me practical advice to start with at-home strips before considering in-office treatments, with no pressure at all. They were also very clear about the costs and insurance coverage for things like a mouth guard for teeth grinding, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt so well taken care of — and pleasantly surprised to have no complaints at all. Plus, they have very convenient parking, which made the whole experience even easier.

1 /5 Dana Hernandez: I would give 0 if I could. Avoid this place completely. Starting to feel like a scam and after reading other reviews I have had similar or exact issues. I am contacting an attorney soon over the $150 the sent to a debt collector without any notice and they cannot provide an itemized list or explain any charges to me. The manager is always "out of the office" ..They constantly have turnover and a really sour front desk rep, if she ever picks up the phone. They performed ZERO dental work on me, just took 100000 pictures and gave me numbing shots to then say oh we cannot do anything for you -- and now Im being charged for an insurance adjustment that no one can show me proof of or even read out loud to me over the phone. Ive seen 3+ different dentists in a year. They lost my husbands images and he spent 2 hours there getting them done. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Terrible business owners and customer service.

5 /5 Patricia Wagner: Georgia Dental is awesome. Office is very professional. The hygienist are great. Dentist is very gentle and assures patient that procedures will be pain free. I had filling done pain free.
