5 /5 Karen Miller: We were stuck in an awful situation. Driving home with a long ways to go on a Saturday afternoon and the battery light came on. We went to a shop and they told us the issue, but they weren’t able to help as the shop would be closed til monday. My husband started calling around hoping somewhere would be open. He got a hold of Gary and Gary came to our hotel to check it out. Told my husband if he got the money in cash he’d come back and fix it that night. Saved us an extra night in the (expensive) hotel and got us home a day earlier. We are so grateful!

5 /5 Chad Rhoden: My family and I broke down while traveling thru the Valdosta area. Here we are broke down, with 4 kids on a hot summer afternoon going into a major holiday weekend with all the local repair shops closing in a few hours. Fortunately, we heard about Gary and called him. Not long after, he came out and assessed the situation with our vehicle. Within a few hours after that we were back on the road on our way back home. Gary was an absolute God send and saved us from a situation that easily could have ended up alot worse and not in our favor. He and Travis literally showed up and saved our day. Gary and Travis are true professionals and wonderful people by taking my familys well being into account by getting us back on the road as soon as they did when they were not obligated to. He truly was a big blessing and we appreciate all they did for us when we needed it the most! Id highly recommend them to anyone!

1 /5 Katie reygan: Gary’s Automotive is a RIP OFF!!! Long story short, my car needed a new battery and he tried to tell me he didn’t know what was wrong with it and needed a few days to get in there and replace some parts!!! He got me for $100 because i went and picked my car up before he could do further damage to my pocketbook!! That man nearly cried when he seen $800 to $1000 drive away!!! Whatever you do, stay away from Gary!!!!

1 /5 David Gaddis: I think these people are very much a group of people that do good work but completely rip people off when they have an opportunity to. I had a break down and was out of town and they came out and have a very nice personality took my truck and then charged me more than 2 times what it was suppose to cost. But when your broke down and out of town you have no choice and believe me they stick it to you. Also I found very interesting they said they could not take a credit card or out of town checks so I think the reason for not taking out of town checks or no credit card was they knew they was ripping me off. I was charged from them 1075.00 for a job that I checked with large shop that is a specialist in my trucks problem and they told me they would have charged me $475.00 for the service so if anyway possible dont use these guys unless you dont care what it cost. I also see one of the other reviews said they was charged way to much also and the guys reply was they should have talked to them about it so just so everyone knows that does not work because I tried that with no success
