3 /5 Rachel Nichole: My daughter had some work done with the anesthesiologist team at Franklin Dental and they were on time at 5am, great with answering questions, overall nice staff and I was pleased with how the visit went and how well they allowed my daughter to get comfortable, super sweet to her. Her dentist however not through the anesthesiologist team but still at Franklin Dental was very nonchalant, she was just getting patients in and out and not showing any character or really talking to my daughter which didnt really make her comfortable at her very first visit. She could have talked more and at least acted like she wanted to be there and the visit could have gone better. The Dental assistants are super nice, my daughter loved the one who was helping with her . She was really friendly, showing her the different teeth cleaning tools they use , the light and introduced to her about what was going on really well. The lobby could use some toys for kids or somehow make the environment more kid friendly I was freezing during my whole visit and it was already cold outside.

1 /5 Melissa Brinson: Every time is a 2 hr wait. It took 2 1/2 hrs total. They over book so youre left waiting hrs. They lie and say it wont be long, youre next, but it still be hrs later. They need to do better with that. Thinking about changing dentist. A 2 yr old shouldnt have to wait 2 1/2 hrs just for a simple teeth brush.

5 /5 THE TRIO SINGERS: I just want to thank Cassandra from Franklin Dental for her kindness and concern to help me with getting my daughters insurance issue worked out. I was worried my daughter wouldnt get seen because of her insurance dropping the ball causing her to show up as inactive for her appointment and therefore unable to be seen by the dentist. So...Cassandra took time out of her extremely busy schedule to help me and called her insurance company to get things straightened out and she could have just told me to reschedule so I am thrilled with my treatment at Franklin Dental and Im grateful for her help. They were swamped today and she was so helpful. Thankyou so much

5 /5 Cashundra: My kids have been going here for years so I always know what to expect going into these appointments. Ive never had any issues with the staff. They are always cordial and answer questions that I may have. If your credentials are in order then you will have no issues. You will run across some issues if your credentials/ insurance is not in order because this will prolong your visit or possibly rescheduling.

1 /5 Carmyn Nichole: I’m so glad I found another dentist for my kids, at first things was going smoothly then all upcoming appointments was being canceled when I called they claim to have a next available appointment 5 months from the original appointment date. Completely stop seeing my child and act like they didn’t care, Mrs Cassondra is ghetto and all her staff. They always rushing each patient. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone.
