1 /5 Rowan Franke: I called for assistance after a 20 min phone conversation the man assured me he would help. I drove for 45 mins to get to his church he advised me that he would not, not could not help me because I live in banks county. I ran out of gas 500ft from his church. I also appreciate the way he chuckled when he told me he would not help.
