Edward Peterson: Very small, family church. Built decades ago. This is where all of my in-laws have been buried. Also, was-& still is-our family church. Spiritual, not religious. EVERYONE is welcome! Please come see yourself.
Mickie Triplett: We currently attended a funeral at this church and right when I walked in I just felt at home. The funeral was a beautiful service and the church is gorgeous! The pastor was so super nice too! If it wasnt almost 2 hours away from me I would definitely go there!
Janet Holley: A church is its members ( as in "in every blade of grass is an evangelist") and I have never met a more loving and kind group of people. The minister is not just an orator, he is seen out in the community helping. Being around such spiritual "redwoods" gives me hope.
Larry V. Johnson: I met two ladies earlier that week (April 7, 2022) who went to St. James Episcopal Church in Clayton, Georgia. I got to talking to them. They were very friendly and invited me to attend their church. One of the ladies said that the Services were at 8AM and 10:30AM. She said that there was no music at the 8AM Service; but that there was music at the 10:30AM Service. I told her that I was thinking about going to the 8AM Service.
On Sunday, April 10, 2022, I went by the Huddle House just before 8AM and ate a meal. That made me late going to the church. I got that at 8:40AM. There were two people at the entrance. One gave me a several page pamlet so that I could participate in the remainder of the service after the preacher, who was preaching when I walked in, finished preaching. I sat down at the back. But, opportunity came up so that I could move closer to the front pews ...after the preaching.
Even though they didnt know me I participated in the Communion that they had that morning. They may have had Communion because it was Palm Sunday before the following Easter Sunday. I really felt comfortable at that church.
Jenelia James: I called to seek assistance and a church member stated that they dont help anyone in clayton county area because the church is not in clayton county. It would be nice if you guys would be honest about where the church is located instead of being rude on the phone. Who tells untruth in Gods house ? That was very harsh and poor service.
