I contacted Krystal Williams at the Americus location on Friday about a car I was interested in to confirm the availability and let her know I would be stopping by on that Saturday. When I got there Saturday she already had the car pulled up to the front door. We test drove it. Went in and signed papers and I had a new car in all of about 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Finnicum just based on the ease of things and how everyone that I’ve interacted with has been so helpful and understanding. I’ve also used the service department in Leesburg for things like oil changes, battery problems and tire problems as well. Everyone in the service department seems knowledgeable and informative. It’s really a comfortable experience every time I go. I will be back again and again for future service needs.

3 /5 Stella Martin: Needed to get my vehicle serviced for a check engine light that came on. Only had the vehicle for a year and pay for the 6 year service plan but will take 2 weeks before they can get my vehicle in for a service and they will not offer a courtesy/loaner vehicle for me to use while they have mine. Makes it impossible to leave my vehicle to get serviced when I have 2 kids to get to places and a job to get to.

Jolene Berry: DO NOT GET BRAKES DONE HERE. Came in March and spent almost $500 here before taking a road trip to Mo. after the work was done I heard a screeching pressing my brakes and they said the brakes had to work in. I waited a few weeks and the sound would stop and then come back more frequently. I called again and the front desk said the mechanic “Chad” probably forgot to push a plate back in place and it could be rubbing and causing the noise. I’ve now sat for a total of 10 hours in this shop between 2 days and 3 months for them to tell me “all cars screech when you brake”. My car is a brand new Toyota Camry and they made light of me saying it was a problem. Yes my brakes were done for $500 but now it makes awful noise. They test drive it and said they don’t hear the noise. I drove w a technician and backing up he was able to hear it. He went in and basically said I was making a big deal out of nothing. Now I have to wait until my brakes are having a “bad day”, get off work, come sit up here for another few hours for WHAT??! Awful experience 100%. Car came back different than I dropped it off and they’re acting like it’s no big deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

James McCampbell: Took my corvette to them to replace my automatic transmission shifter, I had my own brand new shifter cable, was told it would be 250.00. When the car was repaired I was told it would be 359.00. I drove my corvette and parked it, I got back into the c5 corvette to drive the car wouldnt start. Come to find out after it was towed back to them that the brand new cable was defeated according to them. So I was told that since I had my own part that I would have to pay again to put old part back in. I was told that the old part was better and that I could replace the bushing which I already had. So, I really didnt have very much of a choice if I wanted to drive my car out of there. So I was charged 430.00 more which included 60.00 charge for the tow.
