I went to Phil‘s and they went out of their way to try and diagnose my issue. They tested my battery and my alternator and gave me some helpful suggestions. I recommend them without reservations and commend them for their helpfulness and genuine care for me!

    Dude Man: Well folks I have been taking my vehicles here for almost 15 years. Bobby and Seth are awesome. They have repaired many things for me and I have never had a problem. I have read some negative complaints and all I can say is that they dont match to what I have experienced nor other people that I have sent to them. They have always been reasonably priced and anytime I left there the problem I took to them was fixed. There is no other mechanic in town that I trust as much as Bobby and Seth. From working on my Suburban and now my Tahoe to my daughters Corolla and my wifes acura, they have never lied or failed to fix something. Thank you guys for all you have done for me and my family. Keep up the great work.

    Kenny Harper: I called and tried to explain the problem I had. After a couple of failed attempts, he told me to drop by the next time I was near. I did and he saw the issue I was having, which he nor anyone else can handle, easily. With that experience and knowledge, I was able to finish the job at home. He didnt charge anything for his time and experience. Although it wasnt a lot, his time is still of value. I have an upcoming appointment for an alignment and will update this review afterward.

    Brendon Brouillette: I will never return to Shook Tire. Charging over $1,100 to replace a radiator is absolutely absurd — the part itself costs $189.65. That kind of markup is nothing short of predatory. On top of that, their communication was terrible. I had to keep following up just to get answers, and it always felt like they were dodging my questions or trying to confuse the situation. I have waited for 24hours to receive a phone call from their “manager” in regards to my truck and have not heard anything. They might fool you to think that they know what they are doing (they don’t). They replaced a part on my truck and it turns out it was the wrong part and sent me on my way with said wrong part! I told them I had the correct part in the passenger seat of the truck they were working on and told me that it was the wrong part (it was the correct part) I feel as if they are trying to get people to pay more by telling them the part they bought is the correct one versus the one the customer bought! BEWARE!! They clearly take advantage of people who aren’t familiar with car repairs, and that’s unacceptable. Thankfully I know a little. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to avoid this place. You deserve honesty and fair pricing — you won’t find that here.

    Luke Grzan: I had a great experience with Lawson Harkins’s Auto. I took my car in to get both of my front strut assemblies replaced, and they did an amazing job. Right from the start, they were honest and clear about the price and the work that needed to be done, which made me feel really comfortable. They answered all my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were also super fast — they finished the job in just one day! Most other shops would have kept my car for a week. It was clear they really cared about doing a good job and getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Since getting my car back, it has been running amazing with no problems at all. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for anything you might need. It’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but Lawson Harkins’s Auto definitely earned my trust. I’ll for sure be back if I ever need more work done!

    Frank Loy: It was time for an oil change and rear brakes on my 2022 Subaru Forester. I had talked to Austin several months ago about getting my brakes done at Advantage Motorsports. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up the same day around 3:30 PM. All work was done and the price was fair and I am very pleased. The team at Advantage Motorsports are very personable and seem to really care about the customer. I believe I have found my "go to" place for future Subaru car maintenance!

    Acar L: Davenports has done repairs on two of my vehicles. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable. Very impressed with their ability to match and blend color on older paint. Both vehicles were 2004 and I could not detect the transition from the old paint to the new. These are some talented (and friendly) folks! Since they are in demand you do have to wait a while for an appointment, but once you bring it in they get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!
