Sherry Gilbert: I’ve been to Dr. Shah a couple of times for root canals, and I really liked him. He was kind and patient and friendly. But, the real test of all of that was recently when my daughter had to have a root canal. Actually, she’s had two. She’s 30 years old and she has a dual diagnosis of Down syndrome and Autism. Her history of sensory defensive this is a very long one. She finally did well at the regular dentist but when we knew she had to have a root canal, we were in a true panic. Dr. Shah, Natalie, The two sweet ladies at the desk, and one more who I never found out her name, were miracle workers. Katie has a hard time keeping her mouth open and her mouth is very small. Her tongue immediately gravitates toward anything that’s put in her mouth. Dr. Shah worked quickly And patiently while Natalie was so patient and kind and encouraging and I don’t think we would have gotten the same results if we had gone anywhere else. We are grateful for everyone in the entire office.
Shelton J: I understand we are living in strange times and we are still in a pandemic. However, it is not appropriate to cancel an appointment and not inform the client. Business acumen is more than a definition it is an action verb. I will never patronize "Mint" and thanks for nothing. Best wishes in 2022 and I pray you all improve your business practices.
Becky Marucci: The actual procedure seemed to go well . I would advise that if you have an adult son with autism they will not allow you to go back with them before or after the wisdom teeth removal surgery. Keep in mind my son is 18 however we have legal guardianship and by law have the right to make all medical decisions on his behalf . I should have asked for clarification at the consult. I probably would have searched for another oral surgeon that was more understanding of the needs of autistic families. It’s very hard knowing he wouldn’t be able to tell me if anything went wrong . Front office staff was friendly. The doctor was highly recommended. I hope they make exceptions in the future for autistic patients . To close I was surprised that the office hasn’t called to check on him . We are now 3 days post op.
Jeff Camp: My experience with Dr. Haycock was top notch. Everyone at the practice was attentive and very friendly. My root canal procedure went well, and Dr. Haycock and Heather worked very professionally to make sure I was informed and doing well throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice.

Edricia Vaulx: Dr. Bastian was great. Gentle, very understanding. First time Ive been to a dentist and they actually listen to your concerns. Jordan was great also. I called in and canceled then needed to schedule and he still got me in the same day. It feels like family there.
