1 /5 Phillip Crocker: I normally dont take the time to leave a negative review, however I will make an exception. This negative review does not include the practice as a whole, rather the time wasted on poor logistics. Patient for over two years but no longer. Some patients are more than happy to confirm appointments, arrive punctually, and conduct transactions with complete ease. (record will reflect) There were five patients ahead of me. Fine, I get it. But when two of those five have paid and left. Now another two patients walk in, get seen, and then leave. I waited an hour and forty minutes for my teeth cleaning before frustration over took me and I left. Personally, Ive waited less time at pharmacies and Habersham ER. Not to mention, your receptionists had visuals based on the location of where I was sitting. All in all, teeth cleanings are great and affordable, if youre willing to gamble with your time.

1 /5 Susan: I was not happy with any aspect of this place. Due to insurance I had to go here. The front door was hard to open. Kind of confusing when you walk in. All the walls are dark gray- very dismal. Uninviting. Hygienist was nice. The dentist himself said I had three times as many cavities as I really did. I went back to my usual dentist that doesn’t take my insurance. After reading some of the reviews about not getting all the decay out of cavities before filling them, that worried me. I would rather pay a full price at my old dentist that I trust. Also about 12 feet away from my patient chair were several employees talking and laughing very loudly.

1 /5 Yami Negrón: I am extremely dissatisfied with Elite Habersham Dental. When I made the appointment for my husband, I was very specific that we needed the tooth extraction to be done on the same day so he wouldn’t have to miss work twice. I was assured that, as long as there was no infection, they could complete the extraction during his visit. My husband took time off work for this, only to be told when he arrived that they couldn’t do the extraction. They claimed his appointment time had been shortened, meaning there was no time for the actual procedure, but couldn’t explain why the change was made. Instead of trying to accommodate him or offer a solution, they spent 10-15 mins with him and charged him for an X-ray and consultation— and asked him to make another appointment for the extraction. He left feeling completely frustrated, as his time was wasted and the office staff showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. I would not recommend this office if you expect clear communication or respect for your time.

5 /5 Heidi Tapley: First visit to Elite Dentistry and it was a great experience! When I called to schedule the appointment, they were friendly and didnt act as if I was a bother - which is much different than a local dentist office. Expecting a couple week wait to get a cleaning scheduled, I was surprised when Elite they had an opening the next day. When I showed up for my appointment, I received a warm welcome and I was soon called back by Kathy for my teeth cleaning. She was kind, gentle, and the conversation helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Rader completed the exam and I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and story about genetics and deep tooth grooves. Maybe he was being friendly to break the news I needed a crown. :) Ashley got me scheduled for my next cleaning and will provide assistance in getting a quote from insurance for the crown.
