05-2025 Dr. Michael K. Frazier, DMD in Best 6 Dental Clinics and Dentists in Abbeville, GA You Can Rely OnAllure Dental Chicago - Chicago Stephanie Owens: Get second opinions if you can! Paid 4k for Invisalign and wanted my teeth to be as perfect as possible for the price I was paying…Dr. kept saying they look good so I finally agreed to complete the Invisalign even though I did not get 100% satisfaction. I just want my teeth straight and not SLANTED as shown by the black line in the photo. Service here was not as good as many people say. They only care about their time, not yours and will cancel your appointments if their staff doesn’t show up. I also had a root canal here that very likely wasn’t needed but I was convinced/ pressured to get it done. I changed my doctor and it’s funny how I had 0 issues with this new doctor…watch out!
Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park - Chicago Sally Lewis: The staff at Premier Dentistry is always helpful! Received a reminder call to pre-med for my appointment, had a good cleaning with Natalie and an exam with Dr. Brand. Visits are always a very pleasant experience.
Chicago Style Smiles - Chicago Darlene Chappell: I recently started going to Chicago Style Smiles for my dental needs since my former dentist retired. I’m so grateful that my sibling provided me with this Awesome lead!! From my initial visit including my additional follow-up visits, the overall experience has been extremely positive! I truly appreciated the thorough baseline assessment of my dental needs as a new patient. The staff at the facility are all very professional, personable and provide great vibes during the visit. The facility is well maintained and the dental rooms have fantastic views! Dr. Fisher has serviced me for my multiple dental needs. He’s excellent at explaining the dental procedure before anything is done including the anticipated results after the procedure is completed. He proactively ask whether you have concerns/questions about the dental procedure. Dr. Fisher and the dental assistant make sure you’re comfortable during the dental procedure, which I truly appreciate!

Natalia was so pleasant & friendly as she welcomed me & set up my appointments.She also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was comfortable & not experiencing any pain or discomfort. She went above & beyond to accommodate me by getting me in as early as possible. Dr Kerovski & her assistant, Elizabeth treated me with the utmost care. They were very kind & efficient & thorough in my treatments as they made sure I was comfortable & never in pain. I felt confident that I was in good hands with them. I have been struggling with issues related to my jaw and jaw muscles since 2021, and have consulted with two dentists and a jaw specialist. Despite trying different nightguards and recommended exercises, my condition has only worsened over time. Recently, I sought out a local dentist who could provide comprehensive care and found Chicago Dental Arts.
Unfortunately, my experience at Chicago Dental Arts was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but my encounter with Dr. Fedin was appalling. As I began explaining my situation to the assistant, the doctor walked in and rudely interrupted, "No need to repeat. I heard the beginning." This dismissive attitude was just the beginning.
Holding my nightguards and still wearing my mask, I continued explaining my history since 2021. The doctor then put on gloves and, while discussing the treatment, made a snide comment about the cost, implying it might be beyond my means. This was incredibly unprofessional and insulting.
When I inquired about treatment options without Botox, trying to understand all possibilities, the doctor abruptly became aggressive. He removed his gloves before even examining me and snapped, "Then go see a neurologist." Confused, I asked why he suggested that, to which he responded dismissively, "I dont know. They might give you alternative treatments or something."
Before I could ask any further questions, the doctor angrily stated, "I wont treat you. I wont even consult with you. I dont have time for this," and stormed out of the room, leaving me in shock. The assistant was equally stunned, and I asked, "Am I supposed to pay for this?" After a discussion with the office, I thankfully left without paying.
I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with Dr. Fedin. His rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to avoid Chicago Dental Arts at all costs. This doctors conduct was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful.
Galva Family Dentistry - Galva Keith Weaver: Staff here is amazing. Very friendly & courteous hygienists that make you comfortable during your visit. Dr. Scott is very gentle and understanding with his patients. Worth the 30 minute drive to Galva for our family dental needs.
