1 /5 Nicky Repetto: By far the RUDEST receptionist I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. She expects answers immediately for things that can’t be answered immediately. She has no compassion in her tone which is needed when hearing someone’s issue. No need to be rude from the jump. I suggest they fire her and find someone with customer service’s experience and a little empathy for others because she was rude beyond words. 0/5 stars; Dr. Atwell is great but your employees are a representation of your company and can impact you greatly depending on their tone and attitude with others when NONE was given to them.
