The dental assistants and hygienist are always very thorough in telling me what is happening during my exam and providing helpful tips. Dr. Hester treats his patients and staff like family.
Bemiss Dental Care - Valdosta April: Horrible experience. Had this appt scheduled for 3 months, got to the office, which they make you pay before services rendered. And they don’t tell you about the 3%fee if paying with card so $375 came out to 389. I get in the chair and was told the doctor would be in shortly only to be told 10 minutes later that I had to be rescheduled because the doctors running behind. DONT OVERBOOK TRYING TO BE MONEY HUNGRY when you know it’s too much for the dentist to do! I bet if I would’ve agreed to do both root canals they wouldn’t have made me reschedule! I took a day off from work drove 35 minutes and wasn’t even accommodated and scheduled as soon as possible! I was told next appt was in may! How unprofessional are you! No consideration for people at all!

I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. The dentist and hygienists were very knowledgeable and professional. The dentist made sure I understood all of the pre and post extraction instructions and made sure I had the necessary prescriptions for recovery.

Chelsea is the dental assistant, or whatever her position is, that I usually am helped by. She’s very knowledgeable and insanely kind. I’ve throughly enjoyed everyone I’ve dealt with at Dr Grays office. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks.
