Every member of the Team, from the initial phone call to make an appointment (Jennifer) , the Receptionist, the Dental Hygienist, General Dentist Dr. Volpe, and the Administrator for payments, active treatment plan, and follow-up: were all exceptional in customer care, communication, expertise, professionalism, and describing/ guiding me through the best treatment options. The Facility is warmth, light and state of the art. I choose Buckhead Cosmetic & Famliy Dentistry based on a referral from a current patient and I’m grateful that I did. 3 /5 Felicia McDade: I love Buckhead Dentist and especially my hygienist Lauryn C. She’s exceptional and her bedside manner is BEST in CLASS. As it relates to the office especially on cold days you all need to heat the lobby. It’s unacceptable how cold it was for both the patients and staff. Secondly, you and staff need to park somewhere besides the limited office spots. Those parking spots should be for customers “paying” for services. Annoyed by the parking and staff that take up all the spots.
