Kandace Denitra: The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair service. I was quoted a price twice for a rotor and brakes replacement. I then was called hours later with a new price that was 200 dollars extra. I chose to take my service elsewhere. When I picked up my car and drove 2 minutes down the road my car was shaking. It wasn’t shaking when I dropped it off. I later found out my tire had not been put back on completely. The bolts could be twisted by my bare hand and the wheel had not been pushed in. I called to inform the owner and he wouldn’t even come to the phone to apologize. I am left to feel this was done because I chose not to do business with them.
