2 /5 Marla Jernigan: Vidalia Dental has been my dentist for fifteen years. I had a crown scheduled three months and was given a total of $1500. I was contacted two times the morning of the appointment and was informed to bring the $750; 1/2 of the $1500. The other half would be paid the following week at my next appointment. When I walked into office I was called to front desk and informed the amount had increased to $1900. In front of the waiting room clients and the other front desk employees. The employees acted as if a $400 increase was not a big increase for me to pay. I was embarrassed and everyone was aware of what was going on. Very unprofessional way to handle this and hopefully I’m the future this will be handled in a more professional way. Needless to say they won’t miss two clients but they do have two less clients now. We have a dentist that is more affordable now.

5 /5 Kaye Arnold: I have been a patient of the Dental Center of Vidalia for 25 years. I was not blessed with a perfect set of teeth and have required extensive dental treatment over the years. I must say that Dr Kimbrell, and now Dr Christian, have provided excellent care. The office staff schedules appointments around my busy schedule and are always accommodating and friendly. Thankful to be a part of the Dental Center of Vidalia.

1 /5 Judy Todd: I just moved from Savannah so I needed a reputable dentist. My dad, and neighbor referred me to Dental Center in Vidalia. I had previous tooth implants with success so I was familiar with Dental insurance non-coverages. During my move to Vidalia my tooth had broken off causing no pain but I knew it needed to be addressed. I called receptionist, they collected my info and insurance (PPO)and brought me in the next week.I also requested a plan to keep remaining teeth or go with more implants. Long story short. I was handed a plan for $38,000 to repair my upper teeth, a bridge front veneers or full hybrid upper teeth for $35,000. Stated they wanted me to pay them cash first then I could file with my Dental insurance and be reimbursed. They didnt even bother to see what my insurance covered. Im 65 and never had to file or wait for dental insurance reimbursement. Just FYI, my first visit was covered for 80%. I paid over $300. I complained to insurance agent and now they are filling because they owe me money. Its been 4 weeks, no repair, tooth still broke . So disappointed that it has come to this. This was just for the upper teeth guys!. I pray that you learn from my experience.
