5 /5 Carol E Donaldson: I was referred to Dawson Endodontics by my Dentist in Cleveland GA. I had previously seen the Endodontist at that office when it was called Lakeland Endodontist 2 years previously but didn’t need a root canal at that time. The infection did not present as a normal toothache. When I finally did get a toothache and need to see an Endodontist, I was able to be seen by Dr Haddad very quickly. He completed the procedure on one of the three roots on the molar. That enabled the other two roots to create a really bad toothache. I was able to be seen again immediately and had the other two roots “canal-ed.” The surgery was professionally performed and within 24 hours I was feeling much better. He made a personal phone call to check on me. There was very minimal pain, even though I can’t take ibuprofen. By the third day, there was no swelling and I was chewing normally. The office staff are congenial and if it’s permissible to say, I had a positive experience with a triple root canal on my upper molar, I did have a great experience. One caveat: Dawson Endodontics is “outside” my Dental Insurance Network. But I had such a good experience that the few dollars more were definitely worth it. If I ever need another root canal, I will return to Dawson Endodontics.
