5 /5 Barry Jerald: I was searching for repair shops for my 2020 GT500. The A/C went out and my extended warranty company gave me a list of shops in the area. This place was not listed but I called them, and they had worked with my extended warranty company before. Brandy was very friendly and helpful with my issue. I brought my car in, gave her the warranty contract number and their customer service line and she did the rest. They diagnosed the issue and immediately got the repairs approved through my warranty company. Brandy sent me an UV light photo to show exactly where the leak on my condenser was. They had to order the new part from Ford because they were not going to put some third-party Auto Zone parts in my car. I am very thankful for that. They got my car repaired as soon as the part came in and I got my car quicker than I originally thought. The service and the friendly all get five stars. I would recommend this shop for repairs and if my car ever needs service again, I will be back. Brandy really made it easy with her dealing with the extended warranty company.

They were very busy, but let me know it would be at least an hour maybe 2 or I could come back tomorrow. I chose to leave the car and go visit a friend. Brandy texted me when the car was ready. Explained I should have additional service done at my next oil change. Good honest service at a reasonable price. Ill be a repeat customer.

1 /5 Robert Colson: I came in 2024 with a 2013 Corolla that needed the front brakes and rotors repaired due to a screeching/crunching sounds when braking. For some reason they decided to fix the back brakes instead (which costed $400+ dollars) and my issue continued. I ended up having to go to Mavis to get the issue fixed, spending another extra $400 dollars. EDIT: Based on the owner’s erratic response, I don’t recommend this business. Again, my original issue was never fixed (to eliminate the screeching/crunching sounds) and I did call/follow up with Brandy to advise, but it seems the message was never passed along.
