He and I walked around the car, I showed him everything I wanted done, we even repeated it a few times. He gave me his price, I said ok which I had no problem paying. The problem is when my wife brought the car home I realized he didn’t do half the work we agreed on. I called him about it and he acted as if we never discussed doing anything more than the work he did and he still charged me a ridiculous price for a little bit of work. It’s my fault that I payed him before she picked the car up. Like I said get a written contract, so you have your proof of what was discussed !
