1 /5 Mike Cornell: Jarred is the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever dealt with! He tried to treat me like I was some stupid kid to which I am not! I have filed a complaint with Car Shield and will be filing one with the BBB as well. Any repair shop that yells at you for asking simple questions is not worthy of my business! Steer clear of this place! Addendum and reply to your response!!! My issue with your company has nothing to do with my warranty or deductible, it has to do with the fact that your representative continuously screamed and berated me on the phone for asking a simple question. Every time I tried to speak he yelled over me never once allowing me to talk. I know exactly how my warranty and deductibles work so please do not try and make this out to be an issue with me understanding the process. It has everything to do with extremely poor customer service and outright rudeness!

5 /5 Chris Reid: The reviews are true. Gave Cartech a shot, after a recommendation from a friend. I have an older gmc 1500, I wanted a few things done tun-up wise. They informed me after looking it over that some of the things I wanted done were unnecessary at that time, they did fixed what needed to be corrected, They found another small issue and called to lt me know, quoted the part before installation and had me back on the road feeling good about this shop and the trust developed with that interaction.What a Gem! Take your vehicle to these pros, you wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Kellen Squires: I had an issue with needing a wheel bearing replaced last minute before travelling to get to my family in another state. On short notice, Jared and Jordan took care of the repair, allowing me to get back to my family safely. The quality of work was exceptional, the pricing is fair, and they arent the types of folks to try and upsell services that arent needed for your vehicle. Just talking with these guys you can tell they have a passion for their work and are the types of people who want to build strong relationships with their customers based on trust. Im seriously impressed and know that as long as I live in this area, I will be taking my vehicles to Cartech Automotive.

1 /5 matthew nabb: Took my truck here for an engine replacement . Truck was there for almost 8 months . Owner said the engine came in a week prior to repair/pickup . But the owners son had text me 3 months prior saying the engine was delivered , but waiting on extra parts . Picked truck up , and engine started to overheat while on the way to my brothers funeral. I was stranded on the side of the road for a few hours waiting for a tow . Messaged the shop and they stated they can’t get me in for another 3 weeks because they’re “swamped “. Given the fact I paid over 8k for an engine , waiting several months and missed my brothers funeral , they still won’t make it right . Coming to find out , the genius who assembled the engine , dented the heat gasket which prevented the water pump from cycling . They also keep core charges . Basically they got paid 800 dollars for my old engines .
