5 /5 Amanda Yates: Our first visit was a positive experience. The place was nice, the staff was friendly and professional, and there was no pressure to get other services done. I think we’ve found our new dental care provider.

1 /5 Lauren Hogsed: I had been on antibiotics for less than a week. My mouth and jaw hurt severely. I got to the appointment and was taken back to the room. Before I had sat completely in the chair or even set my things down, she was throwing the x-ray coat over me. The x-ray bit was hurting, and I kept having to adjust it to stay in place, and she swatted my hand away. While she had wiped down the counter with a cleaning wipe, she also got those chemicals in my mouth. I did tell her, and all she said was she didnt know. I tried to ask her a question about the results, but whatever was on her phone mustve been more important bc she ignored me for awhile, and I saw more of the back of her head than her face. The whole appointment felt rushed, and I dont think these people are there to help but to collect a check. Its one of the few places my insurance will accept, and I had to travel over an hour to get there. Im not one to have dental anxiety, but now I see why people do. Though their website states "anxiety free appointments," I would have to disagree. Im thankful I didnt have to have anything further done. Less than one star, honestly.

1 /5 Roniesha Clark: They knew I was going to be a little late and when I got there they turned me a away and i live 2 hours away. I waited a week for this appointment and i can barely eat and drink. The lack of care the lady had made me very angry I called my ride and left immediately. I have always had good services until this but this is my life we are talking about my broken tooth is getting worse by the day and the care is not there for the mean lady. I guess my thousands can start going to a different office now.

5 /5 Megan J: Absolute best experience at a dentist office! From the amazing customer service in the front, it was even better in the back! Mrs. Delessa worked with my kids and I and she was amazing! Absolutely love the staff here!

5 /5 Patricia Brock: I had my teeth cleaned yesterday and had to have the deep cleaning done, I was a little nervous and Delessa was the best. She answered every questioned I had and while she was cleaning she explained what she was doing and why. She even sprayed a mixture on my gums to help and gave me time to rest my jaws cause I have TMJ. Everyone in the office was very nice. I have found my new dentist. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
