5 /5 Treyce Peeples: Maggie gives excellent advice on how to keep my hair in the best condition that it has been. I would definitely reccomend her. The environment is very pleasant. All the stylists have smiles on there faces, and they make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as you can be. They offer water and other refreshments for you as well! Great place to go to if you need a haircut, color, keratin treatment, extensions, Brazilian blowout, or any other services that you need!

5 /5 LaShanda Forever: Excellent customer service. I was helped right away. Mind you this was the only salon I was able to do last minute booking. The owner did my hair but the other stylists help. The whole time I was being informed of my hair and what treatments would help. It’s not just an upscale that stuff actually works. I have curly, kinky hair. They knew more about my hair texture than I did. I got a wash, deep conditioning mask and a structured cut. I absolutely loved it. My hair has been so healthy ever since.so sorry I reviewed so late. If you are any race I’m sure they can handle your hair. They took the most care of mine. Thank you lady’s so so much! I highly recommend this salon. You will not regret it.

5 /5 Julia Pleasants: Ive been a loyal Bright guest for almost 3 years now. Immediately upon meeting Laura the very first time she colored my hair- I knew I had found the hair salon jack pot! The inviting atmosphere of the salon coupled with the professional demeanor of the staff cannot be beat. Laura and Ryan really go the extra mile to ensure all of their clients are taken care of and treated with the utmost respect. I chose Bright, and Laura for my Wedding day hair style, and continue to use Bright for all of my hair color/cut needs. Last night I had the pleasure of having my hair cut and foiled by Jamey and I couldnt be happier with the result. Jamey takes the extra time to ensure that the color comes out perfectly. Im a blonde so Im constantly needing root touch ups and foils- Jamey doesnt try to cut corners with foiling! I love that she puts an extra emphasis on my roots and the hair around my face to ensure a BOLD blonde, beautiful look! Ive never been dissatisfied with a color/cut/style walking out of Bright--I always feel refreshed and like I have gorgeous, runway ready hair! Thanks to Bright and Kerastase products my hair also feels healthier than ever. I will never choose anywhere else in Columbus for my hair needs. Thank you for being such a five star Salon!!

5 /5 Lea Vickery: This place is all quality- I ended up in a situation where I’m new to the area and my stylist canceled on me last min. I had a business trip scheduled and was stressed with no Plan B. They were able to get me in right away and didn’t make me feel rushed or like they worked me in. They have a team approach so I felt super VIP! They offered updated knowledge and products. I will definitely be going back. I found my new “hair home” Thank You to the all the staff and fantastic owners for bailing me out when I was left stranded but also for your top rated customer service and professionalism.
