1 /5 Rhonda Evelyn: Braces Braces convington give the WORST customer service. My son missed his appointment on 4-28 and the reschedule is almost a month away. The amount of time they cancelled appointments we had scheduled way in advance. I was very accommodating and understanding, even when I drove all the way there to be told the doctor can’t see anymore patients. They even recently cancelled my son’s appointment the morning of the appointment, telling me that all the staff is sick. Do I look stupid, y’all need TO DO BETTER. Horrible service and very inconsiderate. And then to top it off, I asked to be seen at another location and was told, I can’t change location because of treatment. That’s some bull.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. Staff was fantastic—thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I appreciated how they answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The hygienist was equally wonderful, providing a gentle cleaning and sharing helpful tips for maintaining my oral health. Overall, I highly recommend braces braces to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. Thank you for making my visit a positive one!

1 /5 Bey P: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I was scheduled for an 8:30 AM appointment to have my braces removed, arrived on time, and waited about 10–15 minutes before being told that my permanent retainer, which goes behind my teeth, hadn’t arrived yet. Instead of notifying me beforehand, they waited until I was already there to tell me and asked if I could come back later in the afternoon—something I couldn’t do due to work and transportation issues. On top of that, my in-office retainer took 45 minutes to an hour to make, meaning I wouldn’t have been able to leave until around 11 AM. All this wasted time, just to STILL not have everything done and now having to schedule yet another visit to get my permanent retainer installed. The manager never once came out to apologize for the inconvenience, which made the experience even more frustrating. This office used to run much more smoothly under the previous orthodontist. Since new management took over, the service has become unorganized and unprofessional. I’m just relieved that my braces are coming off so I won’t have to deal with this office anymore. Would not recommend.
