Stuck on a mountain with very few options (weekend) Jay came out quickly, got the line removed, called everyone for the new part and got it replaced the next day. Absolutely cant say enough about Jay. Gave me a ride back into town and checked in with me to make sure we were getting where we needed to go. There were no vehicle rentals open on the weekend, so he went above and beyond. Reasonably priced and good work. I drove my Expedition home yesterday 8 hrs with no issues. Jay helped save the weekend for me and my family.

My crew and I were on the side of a mountain near Blairsville NC on Easter Sunday and we really needed help to get our engine going again. We called Jay and even on a Sunday holiday he came to us and had us back up and running in time for us to still get to the wildfire incident command post.
