2 /5 dezirae Loyd: So this past Friday was the first time I had been here and I brought me and my step daughter , I got a pedi and a full set and she got a full set I spent 270 in which 38 dollars of that was a tip ! The lady who done my nails I will say was very sweet but was not feeling well even in the middle of doing my nails had to get up and go throw up and kept telling me how she didn’t feel good. Well long story short none of my nails are the same length nor even , nor even remotely close to the picture I showed but I let it go at the time because like I said the lady that done my nails was sick and even called her next client to tell them that she was leaving for the day, well all weekend I’ve just contemplated calling them and atleast seeing if they could go about making them all even and just painting them completely white at this point because like I said they look nothing like what I asked for , when I go back up there today because mind you they were closed yesterday the lady at the front counter just had the worst attitude I even asked her if I could show her what I had asked for and she said well why didn’t you say something before you left , my response being because the lady had just thrown up for one and for two had called her next client stating that she was leaving, she then with an attitude says well our company policy is that you say something before you leave but she will be back in a minute and she can fix them! So I then said if it’s a problem I can just go somewhere else and she just says she will be back in a minute! At this point I just decide to leave, so is company policy okay with someone that’s sick not knowing if they are contagious touching my hands?
