5 /5 Francis Hulse: Amazing experience. Andy and Kelly are the best nail shop owners. Andy does my nails and Kelly does the best pedicure. I highly recommend this nail shop. I have been a customer for over 7 years!

3 /5 mercedes busbee: My first visit was the best customer service I had in awhile. The second visit wasnt so welcoming I assumed because they were busier. After 3 days my nail broke. 2 days later another nail breaks. I called and they said come by the next day. I get there and they fix it but not before looking at my nails and telling me I only got a fill in so they didnt polish the tips which is where they broke. These are my real nails I explained and he cut me off again to tell me let him talk to tell me they dont do the full nail. I told him the first time I came they didnt break and I waited a month before getting them done again as I have always done.. He told me he would fix it at no charge which is what I was expecting seeing that my nails broke off but I didnt like how he tried to put it off on me not getting fake nails was why my nails broke when the truth is the lady who did my nails didnt use much acrylic from jump. While she was doing it I noticed the difference from what I was use to vs how much she didnt use and I have been getting my nails done once a month for over 5 years. He was better off just fixing it and apologizing for my nails breaking after only 2 days and making me have to return. And for that reason I will not be returning.

5 /5 aj covi: My daughter got her nails done and we were in a rush-they were so quick! Everything looked fabulous and she was happy. This place is so nice and the people are wonderful. Also very reasonably priced.

5 /5 Wakia Verdree: Had 3 pedicures here with 3 different nail techs and so far everyone of them have been great! The salon is very clean and the vibes are amazing. Highly recommend ❤️

2 /5 Nadia Kim: Initially, I was satisfied with most of the services I received, including a full set, pedicure, eyebrows, and eyelash extensions. While the overall experience was decent, I feel the staff could be more welcoming and friendly. However, I had a concerning issue with my pedicure. During the service, the nail technician used a metal tool on the sides of my big toenails, which caused some discomfort. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but two days later, both of my big toes became sore near the nail bed and started to produce green pus. I treated them with peroxide, and only my two big toes reacted, fizzing up when applied. Now, my toes seem infected, and I am genuinely concerned about the situation. I ended up paying $185 for the services, plus a $20 tip, but unfortunately, the aftermath of the pedicure has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend the salon improve its hygiene practices and ensure better training for their technicians to prevent issues like this.
