Nobody seemed willing to help us and with nowhere to stay for the night we desperately wanted the car fixed asap. Automotive Specialists of Dalton took us in and immediately got to work on my car for us! They were honest and dependable!!! They inspected the car, fixed the belt, and were able to get us on our way within just a couple of hours. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and great service!

Fair pricing and good communication. Mr. Eric will take care of you and is very truthful. I would recommend anyone to this place. Great honest people, would never hesitate to do business here again any day of the week.

5 /5 Caroline Arndt: I cant thank Automotive Specailists of Dalton for treating me like their own family when I was in quite the pickle on Friday, March 10, 2023. I was driving across country and my car broke down. I pulled off the highway in Dalton and ran a diagnostic but everything was closed so I got a hotel for the night and they suggested I try Automotive Specialists. God had a plan and found a Christian mechanic/family to help me in my time of need. They were able to replace the sensor that needed repaired at what I believe to be a family discount. It was my 40th birthday so they may have also given me a little birthday discount. I cant wait to see pictures of the new shop they are building! It great to see fathers and sons working together to build up their community.

5 /5 Anna: Eric was an angel in the middle of Dalton, GA. A life saver. You should come here if you want your car fixed by a professional, he knows exactly what he is doing. Super nice and friendly, helped us get back on the road in a matter of 2 hours after my transmission wires were nearly shot. This shop is where you want to do your business. I would give 6 stars if I could!!

Joshua Sterner: Took my vehicle for a water pump change. They changed the pump and had it back to me in a few days. After driving it I noticed the motor was weak and popped the hood and they failed to reattach the turbo charge pipe (picture) . Took the vehicle back and they reattached and was nice about it but the motor still didn’t run correctly. After 2 more trips to the shop they diagnosed a coil problem, fixed it. The issue is they caused the coil to go out with their poor reassembly job; but charged me for the coil replacement. I spoke with other mechanics and a mechanical engineer and they agreed with almost certainty they caused the issue. I asked for the 200$ back out of principle and was denied - keep in mind I spent 2,000$ for the water pump job which I didn’t ask money back for.

After several attempts to jump the car with tow companies equipment that was not charged, I decided to have it towed to my mechanic shop. After a couple days, my shop informed me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and they recharged the battery with no issues. The day it came in. So had S&M properly serviced my vehicle and knew how to use proper equipment,I could have saved the $60 they charged me for towing plus diagnostic fee from my shop. Thanks for nothing.

Denise Adams: OMGeeee, this is one gem that has been hidden in plain sight! The air conditioning went out in my car. I took it to one shop and he was going to charge half a body ( not an arm and a leg) and keep it for 2 DAYS! I stopped by Morales on Monday afternoon, told him what the diagnosis ( bad AC compressor) was from a previous mechanic and asked when could he look at it. He quoted me a price to replace and also said he would do a diagnostic on it to confirm that was the issue. The compressor was bad and Morales didn’t charge me out the wazoo, I dropped my baby off the next morning and she was cooling like an Artic breeze the same day! I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and fair pricing. I think I have found a mechanic for life! Referring anyone who needs honest, dependable reliable, affordable and trustworthy work done. GO TO MORALES AUTO CAR you will not regret it.
