1 /5 K Jones: My niece and I went in today to get mani/pedis. The staff was so rude! The one male nail tech kept calling my niece Keisha after she told him her real name. The female nail tech doing my nails didnt interact with me because she was listening to her cellphone. So I was looking at my niece to make sure she was okay, my nail tech would hit my leg then stated "why arent you looking at me?" when she wanted my legs in or out of the water. It was the end of the day but they were so rude rushing me to pay yelling out cash or card instead of approaching me. I said I dont want to mess up my nails getting my wallet out so the other female stated "I can get it out. You dont trust me". Not going in my purse! No I dont! After they spoke in English, then they talked in their native language to each other and laughed. The male tech asked my niece do you know what I said I was using English how could you not know. My niece let him know that she wasnt paying attention to his conversation. Overall horrible experience Ill NEVER return.
