2 /5 Taylor Speicher: My hair dresser was super nice but paid way too much for my hair when it honestly didn’t turn out the way I wanted. Some parts of my hair was missing hair dye and a lot of the bleach that was put on my hair to achieve the color I got was still showing through. Might I add that it seemed unprofessional for a second hair dresser to leave the store to run across the street to buy more hair dye for me because they ran out of it. I wanted rose gold hair and I even showed them a picture of what I wanted and it turned out the opposite of what I wanted. Overpriced for the shotty job that was done as far as coloring my hair. It was my first time going here since I just moved to the area and wanted to try someone new with good reviews but the results were not the best and I was really disappointed unfortunately. Super nice people overall but the work was not.

Frieren: I came in last Friday to get the thermal reconditioning treatment. I was told that because the color on my hair was pretty damaged that I would have to get a pixie because it would fall off during the process. I didn’t mind her cutting it as she needed. She did a decent chop and i still had length. There was another stylist that complimented that I looked like a model. I was pretty happy that I still had some length. I was happy with the overall experience until I had to get another wash for the second step. After she washed my hair she just kept cutting more and more of my hair off. My hair was a lot healthier when she did the chop. I’m not sure why she cut even more hair off. She didn’t communicate with me to see if it was okay to cut anymore hair. I was upset that she just cut more of my hair off. The receptionist came over to tell the stylist that she had to close me out soon since they were about to close. The stylist started rushing my service. She kept cutting more here and there but ultimately butchered the back of my hair and didn’t completely flat iron my hair. She only did little sections here and there just to get me out the door before 8. My appointment was booked for 4:15 but the service was 4 hours. It was cut short so they could get me out at 8pm. I’m still highly upset with my hair and had to get another stylist to fix the back and sides. It was definitely not worth $515 plus a tip.
