Only thing I need to remember is a jacket for next time waiting room was like the Arctic tundra. HAHA. I will be returning and recommending this auto shop to all my friends and family.

Mario: Lee’s was such a pleasure to work with! My clutch went out completely and they gave me an incredibly fair price and had it fixed within 3 days! Everywhere else I called was quoting me way more and it would have taken them weeks to get to it. The gentlemen there were super communicative and always called before making any changes we didn’t previously discuss (my fly wheel also went out and they called, explained it to me and wanted to make sure I was ok with the repair before they did anything since it would raise my price). The thing that really sealed it for me was as I was picking my car up both gentlemen made sure I knew that there was a warranty on their repair unprompted. That just showed me they were confident in their work. I absolutely plan on using them for my future automotive repair needs and have been telling any of my friends with car trouble to hit up Lee’s!

The Oswalt Chronicles: I was having one of the worst days! Everything that could go wrong, DID! This happened a few weeks ago. I stopped here to see if you could put a tire on, not even realizing, they had been closed for an hour. The employee took one look at me and said “I can tell you are not having a good day, I’m gonna help you out and get you taken care of.” After that day, I refuse to go anywhere else!

Wardell Albritton: Honesty and integrity ! I took my truck to this shop at least 5-6 times and I had to continually take it back and get it towed back and forth for over a year. I never could drive my truck anywhere without having to get it towed. Each time that I would call to see if my truck was repaired, I was told your truck is ready and good to go. Everytime I had to take my truck back or get it towed back to their shop. I had paid about $4-5 thousand dollars totally to Innovative Automotive and ended up having to take my truck to another garage to get it fixed properly which ended up in costing me an additional about $5-6 thousand dollars for another engine. Consumers should be very cautious, careful and think five times before taking your vehicle to this shop for any type of repairs.

Jesus Garcia: I called and asked if it this place did free inspections and i told them I need my wheel bearings inspected they said yes it’s free and I went up there and once they inspected them they charged me $99 and said it’s only free for breaks and oil. I feel like I just got scammed. I should have been told before getting my car inspected. Also $238.00 for each piece and $360 for the labor, total would have been $681.62. The set of wheel bearings are more affordable online and there are better private owned services around the area hope this helps someone.
