Jones Automotive - Covington Roshanda King: I hardly ever post reviews, but this one time I had to get on to warn people about this shop. I gave them two stars, because they did fix the problem with my SUV, however, their pricing is a total rip off after doing my research. Long story short, the bolts on the right front wheel of my Mercedes GLE 43 had came out. I heard a big pop and was literally across the street from this shop. I was afraid to drive it any further after getting out and seeing there were only 2/5 bolts left in wheel. I pulled over to the shop and they told me they would take a look and have to give me a call. I left the SUV with them. They called me and told me to get the parts FROM MERCEDES (which was a wheel bearing and bolts) it would be $1252.90. I had called already called Mercedes to price the parts (roughly around $965) to have a heads up on what it was going to cost me. So gave them the okay to fix it. However, upon picking up the SUV the next day and got the invoice, I see that the parts they got was NOT from MERCEDES (check out bolts from attached picture). The parts they got were only estimated at $559.95 and labor (which took a little over an hour to fix) was $627 which I think is HIGHLY DISTURBING (see invoice attached). I feel this was a total rip off and having silver, NONE Mercedes lugs put on my vehicle which are NOT matching the others makes it even worst. My SUV is fixed now, but I would definitely not return for any future services.
