1 /5 A Lexus Freeman: I went through the drive-thru for a Nibblers meal (bread soft). When I got my food, the chicken was cold and the bread was hard. I took it back and they replaced it, but it was the same thing—old fingers, dry chicken, and hard bread. As you can see, I had to spit it back out because it wasn’t edible.
I called the store and the manager said she watched everything come up “fresh” and that they already replaced my food. But if you get it wrong 10 times and give me bad quality food, it should still be corrected. $10 on a plate of food I can’t eat is ridiculous. I will be taking my 3 Nibblers back.
