1 /5 Tiffany Sapp: Came in after football game to order a pizza with my husband at 9:15pm on 8/15 and was giving my order to the young man at the counter, when a young girl came up and told us they closed in 7 min and we could not dine in, shed box our pizza and we could take it home. The website hours says the place closes at 10pm and the young boy clearly told her the managers were going to be upset if they closed early, to which she replied we are closed you cant eat here. I want to thank the young boy that was trying to assist us despite her trying to tell him what for in front of customers.
I told him there was no need to make our food wed go somewhere else. This young
lady needs to have some schooling in customer service. As we were walking out some friends of ours who were dining said this particular young lady had been really rude to another customer prior to us and that they themselves would not be back. If you hire people that dont care about your customers or the good of your business, you will lend up loosing valuable customers and word of mouth goes along ways!!!
I have ran restaurants and she would have been shown the door in front of my customers.
