Taco Bell / KFC - Sylvester (GA)

1 /5 Alice Gailes: This is the worst KFC thats the truth. Cashier talked about her incorrect order and she still put it in the box,knew that we corrected her error,then we had to go back and go inside for correct order.She said "I had your order on the window" well I said, its incorrect. Whenever I go to Sylvester, I encounter negative service at the KFC.Saturday,September 20,2025 around 1:00,this occured.The manager was nice ,her worker was clearly NASTY!!!!!

1 /5 Chirag P: Worst KFC / Taco bell Services and unprofessional staff. No one has name tags. Lazy , arrogant manager, manager dont care about customers service. Employees or Manager doesnt know about whats Black beans or Refried beans . Very very racist manager. I hope kfc/tacobel have Racial Discrimination policy. We ordered Supreme chalupa with refried beans. Beans was extremely hard and cold. We went back ask another chalupa. All the Employees pretend like they dont know what we are talking about. Than here is manager comes, asking for receipt which they never gave us. Without even asking what we want something like we need other item or refund but arrogant manager throw money in Employees hand and walked away. I asked Employees here name no one wants to tell us her name. Even none Employees had Name tags. Didnt even tell us her name. I guess we had no choice but leave . All this happened on 8/13/24 time 8.45pm . Just want a people to know what kind people working there.

1 /5 Katie: Drive thru service was very slow. Asked for chipotle sauce on my crunchwrap, and they did not put it on there. The shell of my taco was so stale that it was inedible. Husbands fries were stale and cold. Will not be going there again.

1 /5 noah willis: i genuinely don’t think anyone local would be bothered nor surprised if this establishment shut down. from the service being absolutely awful to the food being equally if not more disgusting. do yourself a favor and just make a homemade quesadilla or something idk

2 /5 Alice Wilkey: KFC i was disappointed because we had to wait on biscuits about 15 minutes. They were not done still was dough in middle and the Chicjen was not that good. The lady that took our order was very nice. Will not go back to that KFC.
