2 /5 Rebekah: I was super excited to try to place after seeing reviews on facebook. I was extremely disappointed.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected better.
The eggs were overcooked, rubber-like.
The corn was definitely microwaved, chewy.
The shrimp was tough as well.
The seafood rice had me slightly worried.
Ive previously got food poisoning from rice at a different restaurant. So I know what it smells like.
Im not sure if it was the seafood, but the rice smelled slightly acidic and sour.
I was worried about the quality of the rice because of the other items, so I ended up tossing it.
I expected the food to be made fresh, but it came out within minutes. So Im assuming the only heated things up.
The seasoning and sauce overall were delicious.
Maybe it was a bad day or a bad batch, but it was very disappointing.
