5 /5 Tabitha: First time here, recommended by our dear friends and so glad they brought us!! This Jamaican restaurant is phenomenal... Hole in the wall type place but the owners were so nice and welcoming... I couldnt wait to have some authentic food and it did not disappoint! We had rice and peas, goat, oxtails, jerk chicken rice, macaroni and cheese with sausage, 1 beef pattie, 2 jerk chicken patties, fried plantains and four waters... $105... Just an abundance of delicious food and well worth the price! I had some ideas in my mind that the goat would be gamey but it wasnt at all, everything was flavored so well and tasted like it had been prepped and cooked for hours. When I tell you this is some cooking from the heart and you can tell this is what Mrs. Rose loves to do... She put her foot in that... And half her leg lolololol... Highly recommend you try this place if you havent! We will certainly be back!

1 /5 shannon johnson: Roses has great food and I get lunch there when nearby. But yesterday I ordered Jerk Bowl and went home with it way across town and realized it was an ox tail bowl instead (which I do not eat). I called and was told by employee that she apologizes and recalls giving me incorrect order. She stated that she would inform staff and that I could return next day for correct meal at 11:30am. Just got a call minutes before my arrival today and was told that management said I could not get jerk meal because I did not have yesterdays meal. And irregardless of my loss they do not want to incur a loss( which is not my fault I got wrong meal, I did not want refund but just the meal) which was in trash. I guess they wanted to give that oxtail meal to a customer today and not trash it. Idk. Unfortunately I will not return to Roses. Good food, Yes. But due to poor customer service and communication I cant. The preceding makes all the difference because it bespeaks of a companies character and integrity towards providing for the customer and not just getting a dollar. If told yesterday of this I could of saved a lot of gas. For $10.38 they lost a lifelong customer. Lesson:[Always open your food and inspect it!!!] Please if you can, recommend another establishment with good jerk chicken in Columbus.

2 /5 Breyannah Hollis: This is definitely a place you have to check your order before you leave the building. I have had something wrong with my order back to back. The first issue I had was me receiving a curry chicken pattie instead of the beef pattie I ordered. The staff member I spoke with to address the issue was kind, took accountability and offered a replacement for the correct pattie. I came back the next day for the replacement, got home and was disappointed when I realized the replacement was OLD. At that point, I didn’t even bother bringing it to their attention, I just threw it away.

5 /5 Emily W: Today I got ox pasta, a beef patty with coco bread and a side of plaintain. The coco bread was very soft texture of a Hawaiian roll. Personally I got full just off the patty by itself, but the oxtail was very tender literally falling off the bone. The plaintain was so hot it almost scolded my mouth, everything was fresh and very great tasting !!

3 /5 Tashi Galloway: The beef patty and coco bread is amazing, the oxtail has too much fat and is way too greasy, the rice and pea wasn’t bad. I would just stick to the beef patty and coco bread from this place. I also had there jerk pork a few months back and that was too oily for me
