5 /5 Midge Kittredge: We stopped in for a quick bite while a roadtrip took us through town. We were not disappointed! Brisket sandwich was flavorful and tender. The catfish filet was tender and thin with a crisp batter. The service was thoughtful and expedient. We recommend this lunch stop the next time your travels bring you through Leesburg.

2 /5 tina mcknight: $65 down the drain! I went because os 2 items on the menu, Brisket and Fried Pickles. Both were garbage!!! We couldnt eat the pickles because they were WAY to salty and had a weird aftertaste. The brisket.... OMG.... I cant even believe that they gave me nothing but 2 big chunks of fatty, dry, meat that literally only covered half the bread for my sandwich!!!! I was so excited to have these 2 menu items and what a let down that was. I honestly feel like I wasted $65. My daughter got a pork sandwich and it was nothing but fat and the bun was so soggy, it fell apart. Shes pregnant and the fat made her lose her appetite and 80% of her meal went in the garage. That whole meal was a HUGE DISASTER! On a brighter note, the lady at the bar that took our order was a delight!

5 /5 Vincent Mañara: This place came highly recommended, so we had to give it a try. We ordered the catfish basket, ribs, and brisket—and everything was absolutely delicious. The catfish and ribs were my personal favorites. For sides, I especially loved the mac and cheese and turnip greens. Our server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

5 /5 Bennett Fields: Stopping in here and ordering Whole Pork Butt (Really the shoulder cut of the animal, it was termed "butt" for thebfact that it was salted and buttriced up against the hull of the ships sailing over from Europe when the settlers were coming over to form the colonies) for over a decade. Thats right...whoa actually for 15 years now, whenever I visit my Mom who lives in the area. This place has ALWAYS been consistently GREAT. Not one bad experience. I swear! Fast, Friendly Service, knowledgeable staff that actually seems to enjoy being there and are very thoughtful of their patrons and their needs without having to be asked. The atmosphere is so chill, you feel at home again within seconds during ordering "A Whole Pork Butt." I feel at ease standing next to the hightops just after placing such a to go order. Even at that and as a perfect stranger, its hard to resist the urge to strike up a conversation with just about anyone that might enter your bubble. And so you do! In return you get genuine interactions from people either dining or providing service and with ordering "Whole Pork Butt" Witty Fun Banter is always available, if you care to pick low hanging fruit. OVERALL: Riverfront Barbecue is a warm, trusted, dependible experience at a VERY reasonable price. The owners values and hardwork is reflected in this successful estsblishment and much loved brand. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE if you are in the Albany, Ga. Area.
