5 /5 Carissa Willis: My husband and I had a fabulous experience today! Our server Marlys was absolutely lovely! Made our meal a delight! We had a great experience at the Red Lobster in Canton, Georgia, thanks to the outstanding service from the manager, Noah, and our server, Marlys. Noah was welcoming, attentive, and clearly cares about making sure guests have a great dining experience. He checked in to make sure everything was going well and created a very friendly, professional atmosphere. Our food was served hot, fresh and exactly how we like it.

It took our waitress about 20 minutes to get to us and she only had one other table. She never came back to ask us anything. We had to find her to get to-go boxes and the check

1 /5 Brandy Forde: My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner because she loves shrimp. Our party included 14 guests, evenly split between adults and children. Shortly after being seated, one adult noticed a bug near the window. While concerning, we handled it ourselves. After our food arrived, another adult noticed a bug on the wall behind our table. As we were finishing our meal, additional bugs were discovered—one in the bread and another on a lobster dish. At that point, we notified our waitress, who then informed the manager. Both appeared genuinely disturbed by the situation; however, there was minimal acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. A 10% discount was applied, but given the circumstances—especially involving food contamination—this response felt insufficient.

5 /5 Alicia Norton: We dined in at the Red Lobster in Canton, GA and had a great experience. The service exceeded our expectations. Warm cheddar bay biscuits served immediately. My husband and I both ordered shrimp platters and a salad. The salads were crisp and fresh and the shrimp would melt in your mouth. Just as Important was the service and Ms. Lori was super friendly and observant, attending to us without us having to ask. She was an amazing hostess. Thank you Red Lobster for stepping up your game and for finding such wonderful hostesses! We will definitely be back.

5 /5 John Crittenden: My family was taken great care of by Hannah. The food was great with some impressive shrimp and sides that all were delicious. Hope to come back soon
